Exchange and Returns Policy

Cancelling Orders After Being Placed

Once an order is placed the items are immediately prepared and made ready for dispatch. However, you may email us at orders@retailtherapydxb.com with your request and we would try and do our best to accommodate your requirement with no guarantee.

Returning Items:

Email us on info@retailtherapydxb.com with your item name, date of order and the reason for the return, and our team will look into it.

There is no guarantee that we will return/refund you items unless there is a fault with the item when it was delivered from our side.

Your money will be refunded via bank transfer to your personal bank account.

UAE Customers:

Customers from UAE can simply email us at info@retailtherapydxb.com

GCC Customers:

Ship the items back to us, at your own cost. Once we receive the items back at our facility, it will be checked and exchanged or a credit will be provided to your account. Please contact us at info@retailtherapydxb.com.

Damaged Goods

If you do receive a damaged item, please inform us within 24 hours by email at info@retailtherapydxb.com quoting your name, order Number, the description of damage and if possible an image, and we will exchange it for you.
